Hi, I’m Kimberly Prentiss, Founder of Ignite Change Global and a Certified Coach in Executive Leadership and Organizational Development. I partner with leaders and teams to unlock potential through insight, clarity, and intentional action.

Free Coaching Fridays for First-time Clients

Executive & Leadership 1:1 Coaching
Individual coaching engagements, lasting three to twelve months, are grounded in the Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching framework developed by John Mattone. This work focuses on aligning inner values with external behaviors to support intentional leadership growth and organizational impact.
Through assessments such as the MLEI® and STLI-360®, along with structured measurement tools, leaders gain clarity to set meaningful goals, define focused action plans, and support sustained development. This process strengthens self-awareness, expands influence, and elevates leadership impact over time.
Small Cohort-Based Group Coaching
Group coaching blends individual transformation with the strength of a peer community. Each session builds clarity, sparks new ideas to apply, and supports deeper alignment with the leader you’re becoming.
Our three programs—Aspiring Leaders, Emerging Leaders, and Advancing Leaders—offer guided curricula designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership presence, and develop the habits and mindsets that support lasting leadership success.
Executive Circles
Interest lists are forming for our first Executive Circle, a 12-month membership network for 8 to 16 executive leaders (EVP, SVP, and VP) who want to strengthen their leadership capability and drive meaningful transformation within their organizations. Members connect with peers from diverse industries and gain fresh perspective on strategy, decision-making, and talent leadership. The experience includes monthly one-on-one coaching informed by the Intelligent Leadership® framework, facilitated group coaching and peer networking sessions, and one to two in-person retreats each year (2.5 days each). Ignite Change Global
