Coaching is grounded in the Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching framework developed by John Mattone — a proven methodology used globally to support sustainable leadership development.
Our programs provide a consistent structure across various engagement lengths of three, six, or nine months, while allowing coaching to be tailored to each leader’s role, goals, and organizational context. This makes individual coaching both personalized and scalable, supporting leaders across all levels – leading teams and organizations from early-stage growth through mature and complex environments.
Engagements are designed to align a leader’s inner values with external behaviors and measurably strengthen how they lead, influence others, and drive results. 3-month engagement

• Six virtual, bi-weekly coaching sessions
• Diagnostic Interviews, including a self-reflective intake process and kickoff session
• MLEI® Assessment (Mattone Leadership Enneagram Instrument) and DiSC Workplace or Work of Leaders Assessment with debrief session to increase insight into your core leadership traits and define a goal-oriented approach for development
• Development of your Core Purpose Statement and leadership values
• Customized Leadership Development Plan: Based on your MLEI and goals, your coach will partner with you to create a tailored plan that supports focused, intentional growth
• Option to continue bi-weekly coaching on a month by month retainer basis

6-month engagement

• 12 coaching sessions
• Diagnostic Interviews, including a self-reflective intake process and kickoff session
• MLEI® Assessment (Mattone Leadership Enneagram Instrument) and DiSC Workplace or Work of Leaders Assessment and debrief session to increase insight into your core leadership traits and define a goal-oriented approach for development
• Development of your Core Purpose Statement and leadership values
• STLI-360® (Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index) Assessment: A comprehensive 360-degree survey of key stakeholders focused on core leadership competencies
• Customized Leadership Development Plan: Based on your diagnostics, your coach will partner with you to create a plan aligned to your goals and your organization’s vision
• Supported team communications plan and team meeting to share goals and invite ongoing feedback.
• Option to include Leadership Shadowing: your coach observes you in actual high-stakes situations and provides immediate, contextual feedback that no assessment tool can replicate. Offered at a per-hour rate.
• Option to continue bi-weekly coaching on a month by month retainer basis
Ignite Transformation
9-month engagement

• 18 coaching sessions
• Diagnostic Interviews, including a self-reflective intake process and kickoff session
• MLEI® Assessment (Mattone Leadership Enneagram Instrument) & DiSC Workplace assessment, and debrief session to increase insight into your core leadership traits and define a goal-oriented approach for development
• Development of your Core Purpose Statement and leadership values
• STLI-360® (Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index) Assessment: A comprehensive 360-degree survey of key stakeholders focused on core leadership competencies
• Customized Leadership Development Plan: Based on your diagnostics, your coach will partner with you to create a plan aligned to your goals and your organization’s vision
• Continuous Monitoring and Feedback through the LeaderWatch® survey tool: Progress is monitored in three-month increments following completion of your development plan, with regular feedback loops to support adjustment and sustained growth
