I’m Kimberly Prentiss, Founder of Ignite Change Global, Executive Coach, and Leadership Development and Culture Consultant.

Culture Accelerator
A targeted 3-month engagement for VC/PE-backed organizations and high-growth companies navigating rapid scale, post-acquisition integration, or heightened performance expectations, combining individual executive coaching with leadership team engagement to drive alignment and execution.
Using proven assessments—leadership readiness (CTRA-40®), cultural alignment (5CCA®), and individual profiles (MLEI®, DiSC®)—leaders gain data-driven insight into effectiveness, cultural gaps, and change readiness. 1:1 Executive Coaching
