Meet the Founder
Kimberly Prentiss is a former global executive and the Founder of Ignite Change Global. With more than 20 years of corporate leadership and advisory experience, she spent 11 years at a FinTech startup that grew into a $3B+ unicorn, developed the communication and leadership strategies used to engage and retain employees during ongoing enterprise-wide change at an $11B Fortune 500 company, and has advised hundreds of senior and executive leaders on leadership effectiveness, communication, culture, and leading people through growth and change.
Today, Kimberly works with C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and senior leadership teams around the world through executive coaching, leadership advisory, customized leadership development programs, and strategic culture consulting. She also serves as an Executive Education Program Leader for the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
