Hi, I’m Kimberly Prentiss, Founder of Ignite Change Global, Executive Coach, and Leadership Development and Culture Consultant. I help executives, senior leaders, and organizations navigate growth and change — whether that’s coaching an individual leader through a high-stakes transition, building leadership capability across an organization, or accelerating cultural alignment at a critical moment.
My Background
Over more than two decades leading culture, communications, and leadership development — from an 80-person startup to a 42,000-person Fortune 500 organization — I’ve helped organizations drive engagement and retention by double digits and boost productivity through periods of tremendous growth and change.
That includes being part of a leadership team that scaled a startup from $25M to $350M through a $3B+ exit, designing and leading an award-winning global leadership development program across 10 countries, and leading internal change communications for a Fortune 500 organization through major transformational efforts.
I founded Ignite Change Global to bring that experience to help leaders and organizations navigate their own complex moments.
