Kimberly Prentiss is a former global executive and the Founder of Ignite Change Global, an executive coaching, leadership development, and culture consulting firm. She works with leaders and senior leadership teams to strengthen leadership capability, build trust and alignment, and foster high-performing cultures through 1:1 executive and leadership coaching, customized leadership development programs, strategic culture consulting, and executive team facilitation and offsites.
With more than 20 years of corporate leadership and advisory experience, Kimberly spent 11 years leading communications and culture as a FinTech startup grew from $25M to $350M in revenue and became a $3B+ unicorn, developed communication and leader-enablement strategies during enterprise-wide transformation at an $11B Fortune 500 public company, built an award-winning leadership development program that drove double-digit improvements in employee engagement, and has advised and trained hundreds of senior and executive leaders. She also leads executive education courses at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, focused on high-impact leadership communications, influence, and executive presence.
As Vice President of Communications & Culture, Kimberly built global functions and programs from the ground up that shaped the leadership capability, employee experience, and culture of a hyper-growth global organization. She led the company’s leadership development, internal and executive communications, employee engagement, and workplace experience strategies and functions, while advising the CEO and executive team on leadership and culture priorities and the people implications of growth and change. Her work was instrumental in maintaining connection, engagement, and cultural cohesion through rapid global expansion and the company’s first acquisition, with teams spanning eight countries.
Over five years at the Fortune 500 company, Kimberly developed communication and enablement strategies, tools, and resources to help leaders engage and retain employees during ongoing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has focused on equipping leaders with the tools and capabilities to communicate effectively, engage employees, and guide organizations through significant growth and change.
Kimberly is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Master Certified Intelligent Leadership® Coach, PROSCI® Certified Change Practitioner, and Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner. She holds an M.S. in Communications Management from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
