Hi, I’m Kimberly Prentiss, Founder of Ignite Change Global, Executive Coach, Leadership Development, and Culture Consultant. I help organizations navigate growth and change — whether through 1:1 Coaching an individual leader, building leadership capability across an organization through group and team coaching and training, or accelerating cultural alignment at a critical moment of transition or investment.

Having lived the high-stakes journey myself — from being part of a leadership team that scaled a startup from $25M to $350M through an exit, to designing and running a global, award-winning leadership development program across 10 international offices, to leading communications and change management for a Fortune 500 global organization through splits, divestitures, and major restructuring, I bring that expertise to help leaders maximize their potential and create lasting impact, especially during organizational disruption or transformation.

My approach uses a traditional coaching model to help leaders develop awareness and clarity and determine the right actions to attain their goals—so they can move forward confidently and with positive impact.
