My Background
With an extensive background in change management, executive coaching, and internal communications for leading international organizations, I’m passionate about building global teams and talent strategies that help individuals tap into their competitive advantage and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
After 25 years in the corporate world, I understand the realities that come with modern leadership: juggling competing priorities, carrying the weight of responsibility, and rarely having the headspace to focus on what truly matters. But I’ve also seen firsthand the incredible power that comes when leaders are given the structure and support to lead intentionally and authentically. And that’s exactly what Ignite Change Global is here to do.
I’ve spent my career helping individuals and organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation with courage and confidence, leading comprehensive programs designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and strengthen leadership capacity at scale.
Now, my mission is simple: to help people get clear on what really matters to them and how they want to lead because of it. Why I love coaching
As a former head of culture and leadership development for an exhilarating and fast-growing SaaS organization, I have passionately guided countless small group cohorts on a transformative journey to unlock and amplify their leadership potential.
My core purpose is to help people tap into their individual mission and sense of self and understand how they want to show up as a leader, identify where they are now and what challenges may be blocking their advancement, and create tangible action steps to advance themselves professionally and personally toward their ultimate goals.
