1:1 Coaching — Individual coaching for leaders at every level, from founders to executives. Three, six, or nine-month engagements with diagnostic assessments and bi-weekly sessions.
Group Coaching — Peer-based cohorts for Aspiring, Emerging, and Advancing Leaders. 12-week programs with MLEI® assessment, individual development plans, and structured curriculum.
A Culture Accelerator Program — 3-month consulting for VC/PE-backed companies navigating post-investment scale or other organizations needing a fast ramp on their culture initiatives. This program combines leadership assessments, executive coaching, leadership alignment, and development of a strategic roadmap to improve culture and organizational success.
