Month 2: Strategic Alignment & Prioritization

Focus: Shared vision, priority setting, and team cohesion

• Leadership offsite (generally 2.5 days) to collectively interpret assessment data and build shared understanding
• Facilitated dialogue on cultural state, leadership strengths, and areas impacting performance
• Collaborative prioritization of leadership and culture initiatives to drive business outcomes
• DiSC® –based team-building to enhance communication, trust, and shared leadership language
• Development of a Leadership & Culture Transformation Roadmap and Individual Leadership Development Plans (ILDPs) aligned to MLEI® insights and organizational priorities
• Bi-weekly executive coaching supporting real-time application

Unified leadership commitment to priorities, reinforced by clear development plans, enabling stronger behavior consistency and faster progress.


Month 3: Execution & Cultural Reinforcement

Focus: Embedding behaviors, sustaining results

• Practical integration of new leadership behaviors into daily work and decisions 
• Continued bi-weekly coaching to sustain leadership growth and effectiveness
